well troubleshooting is not that easy, especially when you're only on the phone, right?!!! so, hope you pray for me! (...and im going to update you guys as soon as i get my first call).
say good luck for me please!!!
enough about my work! let me tell you something about some of my new discoveries as far as beauty products are concered...
i discovered Neutrogena's Body Clear body wash for those body breakouts! you will absolutely love this product because you'd really feel cleansed and the scent is very subtle... and its effective too!
i also discovered this facial cleanser from Neutrogena- Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask. It has a cooling formula so that the moment you apply it you can feel it cleansing your skin pores to make them less visible!
if you want to de-stress (yourself like me ) im sure these products will help you forget a little bit of those problems!

| Market! Market!
A Review! A Review!
I had a rough impression about this Market! Market! mall months before it was opened. I remembered it clearly back then while it was still being constructed along the stretch of C5. One of the billboard spells the word: GLOBALIZATION. It was kind of threatening for me, really! To think that our economy is struggling, I think we don’t have the luxury to promote imported goods and set up a venue for globalization and stuff. Well, I guess it was really a rough impression…
Yesterday was my first time to go to this new mall at the Fort Global City in Taguig. I didn’t really have plans to go out yesterday because I was feeling tired and exhausted. But my mom asked me to accompany her to go to this salon to get her hair done. So, there I was, feeling so un-excited about this whole window-shopping thing, knowing that no other mall would give me that satisfaction as far as Glorietta or Greenbelt is concerned.
I've heard a lot of great feedback about this new place but I didn’t want to expect much. So when I got there I was kind of surprised that my family wasn’t exaggerating! The mall was so spacious and has a lot of stores not found anywhere else. Most were local stores that have world-class products worth being recognized and appreciated by us Filipinos! It’s a great treat for most of us who enjoy great craftsmanship and art made by our very own! The great thing about it is that, aside from the boutiques that we have in most malls, inside it has stalls for tiangge goods that you can also buy maybe in Greenhills or Divisoria. The bad thing about it though is that these tiangge/stalls sell goods from abroad such as Thailand and China. While most of us enjoy these, I have personally avoided buying surplus goods from China or from other countries. If I had money to spend I’d rather buy Philippine made because I honestly want to help the industry. As far as Nine West or Mango is concerned, well, I was trying (hard) to avoid buying them... Ü
Since it was a holiday yesterday, I kind of expected a lot of people going there. And I thought I shouldn’t be surprised, but there was A LOT! It was kind’a weird because these people come from different walks of life! There were some who went there wearing only a pair of slippers. From the parang napagutusan lang bumili ng suka sa kanto-ish type to the stylish Ces Drilon (whom I saw adoring this nice bead-shop, too bad I forgot the name!). Yes, the clientele is very diverse!
What's great is that I was able to catch up on my old YFC friends and I had time to spend a few minutes with them! (See? There were so many people in the mall yesterday that the probabilities of seeing someone you know weren’t impossible!) Caution: This could be a boon or a bane!
One thing I liked about this mall is the washroom area, which was still clean and well maintained. I pray that through time it won’t change through bad habits. (hehe!)
Another favorite is the open air food court where there are more selections of seafood, mainly on ihaw-ihaw and crabs that you can buy per kilo and have them cook it for you. Just beside this are fresh fruit and vegetable stalls. My parents and I found it very healthy to eat grilled seafood and fresh fruits for dessert! Another great advantage I find in here is that it's just a ride away! Ü
Hope you enjoyed reading my personal review of Market! Market! Hope you visit it and I hope you enjoy shopping for your gifts!

| I'm currently reading a book, "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" by Mitch Albom. I just lost a friend who died from an accident. Reading through I found consolation on some of the lines. I, too, start to wonder what heaven is all about; what's in it for me when I die. I found myself stopping for a moment and then pondering on what it says. I'm going to quote some lines and here goes:
"..all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time."
- Sometimes we get too distracted by our emotions that we end up feeling sad for an ending. This line for me is very promising. It tells me that in every situation where we feel like our world is about to stop revolving there are still blessings given to us. We just have to learn to discover what's hidden. Blessings provide us another purpose to live- to discover those that we take for granted, to take risks and start moving on, and to finally share our existence and purpose on others.
"Sometimes when you sacrifice something precious, you're not really losing it. You're just passing it on to someone else."
- When I was about to read this book I thought I was finally over with my friend's death. I guess this book has helped me in some ways to realize why it has to happen to a good person. I know I'm not the only one who sacrificed by losing someone as precious as her- I know she has a lot of good friends, her family misses her too! And so sacrifice makes it a little bit lighter to carry. And you somehow learn to understand that to sacrifice requires a little bit of generosity. And that there are people here who deserves friendship. And that life moves on.Ü
